John Ludwig – NMLS# 333073
Professional – John graduated from the University of Minnesota at Duluth in 1993 and has been in the mortgage industry ever since. He is an original member of Superior Financing since inception in 1995 and has been building relationships with clients ever since.
Personal – John has run 5 marathons and considers himself a born and bred, Minnesota hockey nut. He is active in the local hockey scene – both playing in men’s leagues and coaching his 2 kids.
Kim Frye – NMLS #1187188
Professional – Kim is a 2001 graduate of the University of Minnesota and started in the mortgage industry immediately after graduating. She has been with Superior Financing since 2003 and prides herself with excellent customer service. She aims to make the mortgage process as easy and smooth as possible for her clients.
Personal – Kim lives on a lake about an hour west of the cities with her husband and 3 boys. She loves spending time with her family and hanging out on the water.
Robert Montague – NMLS #1106788
Professional – Robert has been in the mortgage industry since 1998 and has been working with John at Superior Financing since 2017 and continues to build relationships with clients.
Personal – Robert enjoys Mountain biking and is a multi-instrumentalist and recording musician. He has also played in bands touring the Midwest.
Alison Johnson
Professional – Alison is our mortgage processor and has been with us since Jan 2021. She is very detail oriented and excels at taking the files from start to finish to ensure an on-time closing. She also assists with communication between the loan officer and client.
Personal – Alison enjoys the outdoors scene year-round with her husband and two kids. From camping in the summer to ice fishing on the Canadian border in the winter. She loves spending time adventuring with her family wherever that may be.
